Paccar Hall

Adam's doing a master's in business at UW and is lucky to be in the first class using a new building, Paccar Hall. He visited the old one for admit week awhile back and reported it was as depressing as a prison plus filled with all those plastic chairs attached to desk tops that you'd find in an old elementary school. Sad! I met up with him at Paccar Hall yesterday for a student/family dinner and the place took my breath away. It's that darn modern architecture that gets me every time. These are screen shots from a video so they aren't the greatest. They also don't show the amazing chairs - bright red scoop lounge chairs and lime green ones with wire mesh backing! Very Mad Men. I was about to haul off with those chairs in my car. Except I rode the bus. Shoot!
